Originally starting out as a blog about music, architecture, and fashion, Hunting Ensemble is a Dutch menswear webstore that focuses on curating modern aesthetic menswear.
Hunting Ensemble began as a retailer with a small collection of footwear. Next, the shop expanded to offer clothing, shoes, and accessories from a whole host of high-quality brands such as A.P.C., Norse Projects, Our Legacy, Etudes, Han Kjobenhavn and more.

How does your shipping policy work?
International orders are shipped with UPS or My Parcel. NL and BE orders are shipped with My Parcel. When your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a personal tracking code. All packages are shipped insured.
– The Netherlands: €5 (Free shipping on orders > €50 )
– European Union: €10 (Free shipping on orders > €150 )
– Outside EU: €20 (Free shipping on orders > €200)

What are the transit times for delivery?
For international orders, we ship with UPS and My Parcel. You’ll usually receive your goods within 2 to 5 working days.
The Netherlands and Belgium:
NL and BE orders are shipped with My Parcel. My Parcel offers next day delivery (also on Saturday).You can find their transit times right here.
Ok, the delivery times are fast! But I need it real quick. Can you help?
Yes, we can! We can ship by Express or some other super fast shipping method. Most of these services are quite expensive so we have to look into it. As soon as we know what the costs will be we will let you know and you’ll have to pay the extra amount through PayPal or Bank Transfer.
When do you ship?
We try to ship as soon as possible when we received your order. We know you want to receive your goods as soon as possible so we will do our best to ship them out as soon as possible.
Customs charges, tax etc.
We’re not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery, we have no control over this. You are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determinate these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may or will be.
Customers outside EU get a 21% Tax discount when ordering on our site, this discount will be automatically applied based on your selected country at the checkout.
Customers located in the United States can order up to 0 USD eligible for duty- and tax-free importation. This will be automatically be applied on your order, no further action is required while ordering.
Customers located in Russia can order up to 1000 EUR tax- and duty-free per 30 days. No further action is required while ordering. We can only ship to private customers.
Customers located in Canada will benefit from the CETA agreement between Canada and The European Union. All orders are eligible for duty-free importation. No further action is required while ordering.
South Korean customers:
Customers located in South Korea can benefit from the EU-South Korea FTA deal, which removes all import charges. Please contact us after ordering and we will add the needed info on your invoice. Read more here.

What do you do with my personal information?
We will do nothing with it, we will only use it to send you your goods and contact you by e-mail when needed. All data which is used for ordering a product on our site will be handled with great care and will never be sent to third parties. Trust us: we will protect it with our lives!
What happens when I sign up for your newsletter?
You will receive facts, news, discounts and more. E-mail addresses who are used for our newsletter will also be handled as confidential. We will never sell them to anyone.
Do you use an SSL Certificate to protect my personal information?
Yes. Our whole site is secured with a high-tech state of the art “SSL True business ID connection”. This ensures that your payment details are well secured and only visible to you.

Yes when you order something in our shop, you agree our terms and conditions. You can read or download/print our terms and conditions.
Currency and VAT/TAX
Prices listed on the site are in Euros(€)/British Pound(£)/US Dollar($) and include 21% VAT/TAX. If you order from outside the EU (European Union) you don’t have to pay TAX. This means you get -21% off your order. Your shopping cart will be updated when you have selected a shipping destination outside the European Union.
How do I order a product?
Ordering a product is easy-peasy and done in seconds. After you’ve seen a nice product that you want to order, you hit on the Add To Shopping bag button. You need to click your shopping cart and hit “Proceed to Check Out” to be redirected to the checkout part, where you enter your address and will enter the payment section. You can check-out as a guest or create a Hunting Ensemble account.
All orders are processed through a so-called: “Secured GeoTrust True Business EV SSL Connection”. This means that no one can grab any of the information you’ve added on our site. If you create an account we’ll get to know each other a bit better. You can save your shipping address (for future purchases) and check your order history online.

Help! I entered the wrong shipping address
No problem at all! Keep calm and count to 10. Send us an email via the contact page with the correct address. Problem solved!
How do I pay?
Payments are done save and secure by using certified payment systems such as; Direct Bank transfer, credit card, iDeal and PayPal. iDeal can only be used by Dutch customers. Customers from outside The Netherlands can pay with PayPal by using there PayPal-account or can use credit card payment as a payment option.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase, until it is shipped within those 24 hours. Please write us an email with this request and add your order number.

Returns & Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase can send it back within 14 days after reception of the good(s) (Sale items can be returned as well!). Please note: returns are for own account. Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the same packaging as received. Please fill in the return & exchange form that came along with your order and return the package as soon as possible. You can return the product to the following address:

IMPORTANT: IF you are sending back goods from outside the EU, mark them as RETURNED GOODS with 0 USD/EUR CUSTOMS VALUE. Otherwise we are charged for the return and cannot accept it.
After receiving the returned product(s), you’ll get an e-mail that we received your returned item. We will refund the purchase amount of the returned product(s) to your bank account within 10 days. If your purchased product is not worn or damaged you will always get your money back!
When upon arrival your product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong colour, size or any other fault on our behalf we will pay for the return transport costs or credit for the made shipping cost to your bank account within 10 days. In all other cases, you will have to pay for the transport costs of the returned good(s), unless agreed otherwise.
In case of an exchange and the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 3 months. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the transport. DEFECTS & WRONGLY RECEIVED ITEMS

Product defects and guarantee:
If for some reason your product is broken or does not meet the quality you would expect please send us an e-mail through the contact form or [email protected]. Depending on the purchase date, cause and seriousness of the defect we will determine if you get a new product, full refund or store credit. We will process your claim as soon as possible. We always try to reply within 24 hours and keep you updated during the process. If your claim is accepted we will send you a replacement/refund or store credit on the same day. We will refund your return costs if the defect or broken product(s) need to be returned to us.
